Villa Kelly is a 2 bedroom residence of 84 m², spread over two levels.
As you enter from the upper level, you see an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with all modern appliances including stove, micro-oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing-machine, toaster,filter- and espresso coffee-maker etc.) and a cozy living room displaying two large sofas by the fireplace. The living room has outstanding sea views and it is equipped with LCD TV 32”, stereo and DVD player. A guest bathroom is also available on the upper floor.
From the living area, stairs lead down to the ground floor, where you find 2 comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed with King Koil mattress, and the other has one single bed and one double bed. Both bedrooms are spacious with large closets and double glazed windows with exquisite sea view.
The apartment also features 40 m².of external space with two large terraces, offering an amazing view of the Delos-Syros-Tinos islands. The largest terrace is equipped with pergola and an outdoor dining area. The extraordinary location offers a shelter from the winds, and allows you to enjoy the outdoors area even after the sun has gone down.
